Job Description
Ledgergate Academy is seeking a full-time, in-person Admission Counselor (Telecaller) to handle outbound and inbound student calls, present course offerings, generate and qualify leads, maintain the inquiry CRM, and coordinate with the admissions team to drive enrollments. The role requires meeting daily call and conversion targets while providing professional student support.
- Requirements: 0–1 year customer-facing experience, fluency in English and Malayalam, strong persuasion skills, and basic computer/CRM proficiency.
- Compensation: ₹10,00–₹15,00/month plus performance incentives, cell phone reimbursement, paid sick leave, paid time off, and career growth opportunities.
