Job Description
Adithya Institute of Technology is actively seeking dedicated and customer-focused Admissions Counselors or Senior Admissions Counselors. In this critical role, you will be responsible for generating new leads, comprehensively understanding customer needs, and delivering an outstanding sales experience.
Requirements: A minimum of 4 years of experience is required, with proficiency in telecalling, SMS, WhatsApp, and email marketing. Experience in organizing promotional events and successfully converting leads into admissions is essential.
Key Expectations: Candidates should possess exceptional listening skills, strong empathy, a calm demeanor, and the ability to navigate emotionally charged situations.
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹30,00 per month (negotiable). This is a full-time, permanent position that includes benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and a provident fund.
