Job Description:
The Executive – AO&CS in the role of Ramp is responsible for ensuring smooth ramp operations. Key responsibilities include:
- Confirm flight ETA and communicate with all stations.
- Prepare equipment and align ramps prior to arrival.
- Oversee the deplaning process, ensuring baggage arrives before passengers.
- Check cleanliness and manage boarding announcements.
- Follow loading instructions and return equipment post-departure.
- Ensure operations are conducted safely and on time.
