Job Description
We are seeking an organized Administrative Executive to support the Maintenance team. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules and maintenance requests, managing spare-parts inventory, liaising with vendors, and preparing routine reports. Additional duties involve accurate record-keeping, budget tracking, issuing purchase orders, and ensuring safety compliance. The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of experience in administration or facilities support, proficiency in MS Office, clear written and verbal communication, strong attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment. Proactive problem-solving and effective teamwork are essential. This is a full-time position offering competitive benefits.
