Job Description

Overview: Paychex is seeking a dedicated Administrative Assistant I to provide secretarial and administrative support to supervisors and above. The role involves utilizing business software applications to prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and manage communication, including calls, visitors, mail, and email. The Administrative Assistant will maintain files, records, calendars, and diaries while coordinating meetings and arranging business travel as necessary.

Responsibilities include performing general administrative duties, preparing documents, scheduling meetings, maintaining statistical records, and managing office supplies.

Qualifications: Candidates should have a high school diploma (required), an associate’s degree (preferred), and at least 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
