Job Description

Haco Lake View, Kumbalangi, a respected 42-year hospitality property, seeks a full-time Administration Officer (8:00 AM–8:30 PM). The officer will manage reception, guest check‑ins/outs, phone inquiries, logs and booking closures, and support the Resort Manager and restaurant project.

• Requirements: bachelor’s degree or equivalent administrative/hospitality experience; minimum 2 years in hotel/hospitality; strong MS Word and Excel skills; excellent telephone etiquette; valid driving license; fluent in English (Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil preferred).
• Benefits: training provided, accommodation, lunch and evening tea, cell phone reimbursement, paid time off; salary ₹18,00–₹20,00/month. Willingness to travel up to 50% preferred.
