Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding travel packages and pricing.
- Clearly convey details of tours/packages.
- Offer quotations, itineraries, and booking options.
- Follow up with clients to finalize bookings.
- Collaborate with operations to confirm bookings.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
