Job Description
Kotak Mahindra is seeking an Acquisition Officer to enhance our deposit pool from customers and establish standards in service delivery. The successful candidate will also be responsible for selling non-deposit products, including mutual funds and insurance, while managing branch administration and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will need a minimum of 6 years of banking experience, with at least 3-4 years in retail liabilities and a proven sales background. An MBA, CA, or CAIB qualification is required along with strong leadership skills. You must have a solid understanding of financial instruments and the customer service cycle to achieve optimal customer satisfaction.
