Job Description
Reporting to the AGM – Finance, this full-time role supports credit control by monitoring receivables, maintaining debtor records, and reducing overdue balances in accordance with company credit policy. Responsibilities include tracking outstanding invoices, preparing customer statements, conducting proactive collections by phone and email, coordinating with sales to resolve billing disputes, assisting with credit limit checks and dispute resolution, and producing aging and MIS reports.
- Qualification: B.Com / M.Com
- Experience: 4–6 years in accounts receivable / credit control
- Skills: strong communication and persuasion, attention to detail, Excel and ERP (SAP/Oracle/Tally) proficiency
- Compensation: ₹30,00–35,00/month; Benefits: Provident Fund; On-site (Worli)
