Job Description
We are seeking a disciplined Accounts & Purchase Executive to manage Tally entries, maintain accounts, control sample stock (inward/outward), prepare purchase orders, coordinate with suppliers and testing houses, arrange export sample documentation, and support dispatch. The role includes maintaining Excel databases, updating reports, and liaising with internal teams to ensure timely order completion.
- Requirements: Male, 25–35 years, 1–3 years’ experience in accounts and coordination; proficient in Tally and advanced Excel; fluent in English and Hindi; commerce background preferred; personal computer/laptop at home.
- Location: Kolkata. Hours: Mon–Sat, 9:30 AM–6:30 PM. Employment: Full-time, permanent. Salary: ₹15,00–₹18,00/month.
