Job Description
We are looking for a meticulous Accounts Payable Clerk to join our finance team. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, ensuring timely payments to vendors, and maintaining accurate financial records.
Your primary duties will include reviewing invoices for discrepancies, reconciling vendor statements, and assisting with month-end closing activities. Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential.
Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office is preferred. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate degree in accounting or finance is advantageous.
