Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in Trivandrum. This full-time, permanent position offers an annual salary of 6 LPA. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience and be responsible for leading share issue procedures, including company valuations and preparation of statutory documents. You will communicate effectively with valuers and generate share issue offer documents, while also creating realistic cash flow projections and analyzing budgets in relation to financial performance.
The preferred qualifications include a CA IPCC certification (with at least one group cleared), 3 years of Articleship experience, proficiency in Excel, and strong leadership, attention to detail, and communication skills.
