Job Description
Khyati Shield Ventures Pvt Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Accounts & Finance Executive who will be responsible for managing billing processes and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue invoices to clients promptly.
- Verify and reconcile billing data for accuracy.
- Implement improvements for billing efficiency.
- Maintain detailed billing records and reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to client inquiries regarding billing issues.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction with prompt service.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree and 3 years of account management experience required. ERP experience is a plus.
