Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Accounts Executive to join our team at DHL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely and accurate accounting of invoices, including reconciliations as per SOP and company policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Processing reimbursement vouchers and managing vendor code creation.
- Preparing financial reports and assisting in month-end close.
- Vendor management, audit assistance, and asset verification.
- Maintaining records, correspondence, and preparing monthly reports.
