Job Description
The Accessories Executive is responsible for promoting, selling, and managing genuine automobile accessories to customers. The role focuses on enhancing vehicle value, achieving accessories sales targets, maintaining inventory, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Promote and sell automobile accessories to new and existing customers
Explain features, benefits, pricing, and compatibility of accessories
Achieve monthly and quarterly accessories sales targets
Coordinate with sales consultants to upsell accessories during vehicle delivery
Prepare accessories quotations and follow up for order confirmation
Coordinate with workshop/service team for fitment and installation
Maintain accessories stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
Ensure proper display and merchandising of accessories in the showroom
Handle customer queries, complaints, and post-sale support related to accessories
Maintain accurate sales, inventory, and customer records
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
