Job Description
Edutalim International Education seeks a proactive and experienced Academic Telecounselor to guide students toward their academic and career objectives. The successful candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and parents.
- Counsel prospective students on programs, admissions, and course selection.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls and emails, providing clear and timely information.
- Maintain accurate records of student interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field. Prior experience in academic counseling or telecalling is preferred.
