Key Responsibilities:
- Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions with students.
- Assist students in developing academic plans and setting goals.
- Connect students with campus resources and monitor their progress.
- Lead workshops on academic success strategies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or related field.
- 2+ years of mentoring or counseling experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
