Job Description
IPCS Global seeks a full-time Academic Counselor to advise prospective and current students on program selection, admissions, and career pathways. Responsibilities include handling inquiries (phone, walk-ins, and online), assessing student needs, recommending appropriate courses, tracking and following up leads in the CRM to secure enrollments, and collaborating with marketing on events. This target-driven, in-person role requires a bachelor’s degree and 1–3 years of experience in counseling or educational sales. Candidates must have strong communication and interpersonal skills, a results-oriented mindset, proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools, and a commitment to maintaining high student satisfaction and accurate admission records. Salary: ₹15,00–₹20,00 per month.
