Job Description
IMS Proschool is on the lookout for motivated individuals to join our team as Academic Counselors. This position demands strong sales abilities and exceptional communication skills.
Key responsibilities include:
- Converting leads into enrollments to meet monthly revenue targets for assigned courses.
- Counseling prospective students and recommending appropriate programs.
- Managing inquiries across multiple channels and accurately recording interactions in our CRM system.
Work Requirements:
- This is an office-based position with a 6-day work week (8.5 hours per day).
- Availability on weekends is essential, with one weekday allotted as a day off.
Salary: ₹20,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month
Experience in academic counseling is preferred (minimum of 1 year).
