Job Description
Blitz Academy is actively seeking dedicated Academic Counselors to join our team. We welcome applications from candidates who have completed their Plus 2 or hold a degree, whether you are a recent graduate or an experienced professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential students through calls, emails, and messages.
- Convert inquiries into admissions by providing effective counseling.
- Follow up with leads to enhance conversion rates.
- Consistently achieve admission targets.
- Build strong relationships with students and their parents.
