Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Academic Counselor to facilitate the admissions process by engaging with prospective students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to discuss educational programs and answer inquiries.
- Guide students through the admission process with necessary support.
- Maintain regular follow-up with leads to encourage enrollment.
- Accurately record communications and data in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus.

Pay: ₹18,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
