Job Description
The Academic Counselor will advise students and parents on course selection, admissions, and academic pathways. Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins and online; maintaining records, documentation, fee collection and registrations; meeting monthly admission targets; supporting outreach such as seminars, workshops and school visits; coordinating with teams and staying informed about program updates.
- Requirements: excellent English and local language communication, persuasive interpersonal skills, proficiency in MS Office/CRM, target-driven and empathetic.
- Full-time, permanent, in-person position; freshers welcome. Compensation up to ₹18,00/month plus PTO.
