Job Description
Happy Staffers Services is seeking an enthusiastic Academic Counsellor to support students in their educational journey. Responsibilities include sourcing new sales opportunities, managing student admissions, understanding customer needs, closing sales, and providing one-on-one support to students and parents throughout the application process.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills in English and Hindi, experience in a target-driven sales environment, and proficiency in CRM systems. A Bachelor’s degree and at least one year of academic counseling experience are preferred.
Location: MG Road, Bangalore. Working Days: 6 days a week. Pay: ₹35,00.00 – ₹45,00.00 per month, plus benefits.
