Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Academic Counsellor to guide students and parents on IT courses, career paths, fees, duration, and certification benefits. The role includes managing enquiries (walk‑ins, calls, online leads), supporting admissions, maintaining accurate student records and CRM data, following up to meet enrollment targets, and coordinating with academic and marketing teams.
- Qualifications: Graduate with proven counseling experience; strong communication skills; proficient in MS Office and CRM.
- Attributes: Professional, positive attitude; target‑oriented and self‑motivated. Experience in education or IT training preferred.
- Details: Full‑time, in‑person position. Compensation: ₹12,00–₹22,00 per month.
