Job Description
Xylem Learning is seeking a committed Academic Assistant to enhance our educational team. Key responsibilities include tracking attendance for students who are frequently absent, disseminating academic updates, mentoring students, and gathering feedback on their educational experiences. Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field, and possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills. This position is located in Trivandrum, Kerala, and we prefer candidates aged between 20 and 35 years with 0 to 4 years of relevant experience.
