Job Description
Xylem Learning App is seeking an Academic Assistant based in Palakkad, Kerala. The role involves responding to student queries, advising on course selection, monitoring and following up with repeatedly absent students, posting timetables and academic announcements, mentoring learners, and collecting and analyzing feedback to improve programs.
- Qualifications: Graduate in any field; PSC aspirants with at least one year of preparation. Bachelor’s in Education, Psychology, or related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication, multitasking, mentoring ability, and basic academic software proficiency.
- Other: Age 23–35; 0–4 years’ experience. Salary: Not disclosed.
