Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise and interact with children in a safe and caring manner
• Assist with age-appropriate activities, games, crafts, and learning experiences
• Ensure all safety rules and procedures are followed at all times
• Help with check-in/check-out procedures and maintain accurate attendance
• Support lead teachers, coordinators, or supervisors as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming kids area
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers
• Manage minor conflicts between children using positive guidance techniques
• Report incidents, concerns, or safety issues promptly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹150,00.00 – ₹220,00.00 per year
