Job Description
We are seeking a friendly Guest Relation Executive to create exceptional guest experiences. Responsibilities include welcoming guests, handling inquiries and reservations, coordinating with departments, managing complaints, and maintaining guest records. The ideal candidate has excellent communication in English, strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and prior hospitality or customer service experience.
