Job Description

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Search, identify, and download pharmaceutical tenders from government portals (GeM, CPP, State portals, etc.)
• Prepare, fill, and submit online and offline tender documents within deadlines
• Ensure compliance with tender terms, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements
• Coordinate with production, QC, accounts, logistics, and regulatory teams for required data
• Prepare price bids, technical bids, EMD, BG, and supporting documents
• Maintain tender records, bid status, and submission reports
• Follow up on tender results, clarifications, and post-bid queries
• Handle agreement execution and post-award documentation
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of tender-related information

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate (Pharmacy, Business, or related field preferred)
• 1–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical tender handling
• Good knowledge of government tender portals (GeM, CPP, e-procurement)
• Strong documentation, analytical, and coordination skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in institutional sales or government supply tenders
• Knowledge of pharma regulatory documents (WHO-GMP, ISO, COA, COPP)
• Understanding of pricing, taxation, and logistics in pharma tenders

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹16,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
