Job Description
We are seeking an Associate Branch Relationship Officer based at HDFCBB-G-3287, Pilu Khera. Reporting to the Cluster Manager in the HDFC Bank Relationship team, you will drive life insurance business by building strong bank partnerships, improving product penetration and achieving sales, revenue and persistency targets. Responsibilities include managing partner relationships, training and supporting branch staff on insurance products, ensuring IRDAI and regulatory compliance, monitoring partner performance and resolving issues promptly. Required: graduate in any discipline, 0–4 years’ experience in sales, bancassurance or financial services, good knowledge of equity and financial products, and excellent communication and relationship skills.
