Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Fitness Training Manager who will be responsible for observing trainer sessions, correcting exercise execution, and ensuring proper reporting and documentation by trainers. This role is focused on maintaining training quality, trainer accountability, and client safety through continuous monitoring and guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Observe live and recorded training sessions conducted by fitness trainers
• Identify and correct:
• Incorrect exercise form, posture, and technique
• Programming and workout structure errors
• Improper cueing and client communication
• Guide and mentor trainers to improve performance and professionalism
• Ensure trainers strictly follow company-approved workout protocols and safety standards
• Review daily, weekly, and monthly trainer reports
• Verify that all reports are:
• Filled accurately and completely
• Submitted on time
• Aligned with actual sessions conducted
• Highlight discrepancies, missing data, or incorrect reporting to trainers
• Share feedback and improvement points with trainers and management
• Conduct internal assessments and evaluations for trainers
• Support onboarding and skill training of new trainers
• Maintain consistency and quality across all training sessions (WFO operations)

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Certified Fitness Trainer (K11, ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent)
• Strong expertise in:
• Exercise biomechanics and form correction
• Injury prevention and corrective exercises
• Strength, functional, and mobility training
• Excellent observation, auditing, and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and mentoring abilities
• Clear communication and feedback skills
• Good understanding of training documentation and reporting systems

Preferred Experience

• Experience as a Fitness Training Manager / Head Trainer / Lead Trainer
• Experience in quality audits, trainer supervision, or performance monitoring
• Prior experience in WFO fitness operations is an advantage
