Job Description
Office Executive (Female)
We are looking for a female office executive for our travel office.
Job Responsibilities:
Calling customers and handling enquiries
Follow-up with leads (tour packages & bookings)
Updating customer details in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
Coordinating with clients over phone & WhatsApp
Requirements:
Female candidate only
Good communication skills (Bengali & Hindi compulsory, English basic)
Polite, confident, and customer-friendly nature
Basic knowledge of mobile, WhatsApp, and computer
Prior travel office or calling experience preferred (not mandatory)
Location:
Kolkata (Office-based job)
Working Hours:
