Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Executive with Recruitment experience to lead our Customers IT talent needs. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in Technical assessment of resources, Tech Savy, Screening Skills, People Skills, recruitment strategies and extremely good Customer relationship management. Support overall success of our client relationships. Develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about sales, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to learn and grow within the industry.
Duties
- Conduct warm calling to engage potential clients and nurture existing relationships.
- Assist in managing client accounts by providing exceptional service and support.
- Participate in sales presentations and negotiations to secure new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business development.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and strategies.

- Building and Maintaining Relationships:
This is a core function, involving fostering positive, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Understanding Customer Needs:
CRM professionals actively communicate with customers to identify their requirements, preferences, and pain points.
- Resolving Customer Issues:
They handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback, working to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.
- Analyzing Customer Data:
CRM systems track customer interactions and data, which CRM professionals analyze to identify trends, improve strategies, and personalize experiences.
- Driving Sales and Revenue:
CRM professionals contribute to sales growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, as well as developing and implementing sales strategies.
- Collaboration and Communication:
They collaborate with other teams (sales, marketing, product development) to align efforts, share information, and improve the customer journey
- Technical Assessment of IT resources:
Screen and vet Tech profiles both personally and technically before being submitted for customers for screening.
- Recruitment Skills:
Ability to recruit talented IT resources for specific customer needs.
