Job Description
Join TATA Capital as a Customer Relationship Executive – Real Estate. Graduate in any discipline required. You will acquire and maintain client relationships to achieve business targets by identifying target areas, pre-screening customer segments, ensuring login volumes and disbursements, and driving high customer satisfaction through needs assessment and cross-selling. Execute sales promotions to build brand interest, develop vendor empanelment and strong distribution channels, and cultivate internal and external client relationships. Ensure adherence to audit and RBI regulations while supporting sales operations to grow the real estate portfolio.
