Senior Executive/Executive – Retail Advisory Services/Research/COE
Job Location : Gurugram
What this job involves:
- Research, Feasibility studies, demand-supply analysis, Mall Highstreet Profiling, Financial Modelling & concepts
- Maintain database of projects, developers, investors etc,
- Assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interactions, provide inputs on pricing, participate in proposal discussions and site inspections.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement – calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase.
Sounds like you? To apply you need to be:
- Graduate with a minimum 1 year of experience
- Excellent Communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
- The position will have both elements: primarily project execution/ delivery along with a support business development and hence candidate must have ability to collaborate and work in a team
- Execution skills- Report writing – Feasibility report market research report etc., Market surveys, financial modelling, making presentations.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Proficient in ArcGIS, Sketchup, AutoCAD
