Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic Female Student Counsellor for our Perinthalmanna branch, who will act as the primary point of contact for students and parents, providing end-to-end support in the overseas education process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students and parents on study abroad options, including courses, universities, and countries based on academic background, interests, career goals, and financial capacity.
- Handle enquiry calls, walk-ins, and provide prompt responses to student queries.
- Manage CRM entries and ensure timely follow-ups with students.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- A female candidate
- Previous experience in study abroad segment is a plus
