Job Description
We are hiring an Associate, M&A Partnerships to support deal sourcing, due diligence, financial modeling, and partnership integration. You will coordinate with legal, finance, and business teams, prepare transaction materials, perform market and competitor analysis, and manage stakeholder communication. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in corporate development, investment banking, or consulting, strong Excel and modeling skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication. A bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or a related field is required. This role offers exposure to strategic transactions and cross-functional collaboration.
