Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a Site Supervisor with hands-on experience in signage installation and site coordination. The role involves supervising on-site execution, coordinating with production and vendors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion of signage projects across commercial, retail, and corporate sites.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise on-site installation of signage (external, internal, branding, LED, wayfinding, etc.)
- Coordinate with production team, designers, vendors, and installers
- Ensure correct materials, drawings, and mockups are followed as per approved BOQ
- Plan daily site activities and manage manpower
- Ensure quality control during fabrication and installation
- Handle site measurements, site readiness, and feasibility checks
- Coordinate with client/site engineers for permissions, access, and timelines
- Ensure safety compliance during installations (heights, electricals, tools)
- Report daily progress, issues, and delays to the project manager
- Ensure timely completion of installations as per schedule
- Handle snag lists and final handover
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–5 years experience in signage, advertising, branding, or fit-out projects
- Knowledge of signage materials (ACP, acrylic, MS, SS, vinyl, LED, flex, etc.)
- Basic understanding of drawings, BOQs, and site layouts
- Ability to handle multiple sites and tight timelines
- Good communication & coordination skills
- Problem-solving mindset for site challenges
- Willingness to travel to sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITI / Engineering background (Civil / Mechanical / Electrical – preferred)
- Experience in LED signage & electrical coordination is an advantage
- Two-wheeler with license preferred
