Position Overview:

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing procurement-related projects. This role involves coordinating procurement activities, ensuring timely delivery of IT products and services, liaising with vendors, and supporting the procurement team in project execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT procurement processes, vendor management, and project coordination.

• Coordinate and manage IT procurement projects from initiation to completion.
• Work closely with stakeholders to define procurement needs and requirements.
• Research, evaluate, and recommend vendors based on quality, cost, and service efficiency.
• Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, ensuring compliance with contract terms.
• Assist in the preparation of procurement documents such as RFIs, RFPs, and purchase orders.
• Track and monitor procurement project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Ensure adherence to company procurement policies and procedures.
• Communicate procurement project progress, risks, and issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure contract compliance and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities and generate reports as required.
• Support IT and procurement teams in process improvements and efficiency optimization.

What you will bring to the team:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
• 5-6 years of experience in procurement, supply chain, or project coordination.
• Strong understanding of IT procurement processes, contracts, and vendor management.
• Proficiency in procurement and project management tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
• Experience with ERP, Service Now and procurement software is a plus.
