Job Description

At OneRx, we are building an AI-powered clinical intelligence platform that helps doctors make evidence-based decisions at the point of care and enables pharma brands to engage meaningfully through trusted clinical evidence.

Role Overview

This 3-month marketing internship offers hands-on experience in building and scaling marketing initiatives for a fast-growing healthcare AI platform.

You will work closely with the founding and leadership team on real campaigns, content, outreach, and basic SEO initiatives that directly influence brand visibility, doctor engagement, and pharma partnerships.

Knowledge of SEO fundamentals (on-page SEO, keywords, content optimization) is a plus.

Top performers may be offered a full-time Marketing Associate role at OneRx.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Marketing

• Plan and execute campaigns across LinkedIn, email, and other digital channels
• Track campaign performance and recommend optimizations

Content Creation

• Create LinkedIn posts, blogs, website content, and marketing visuals
• Use tools like Canva and AI platforms (ChatGPT, Jasper, etc.)
• Assist in SEO-friendly content creation (keywords, structure, basic optimization)

AI-Powered Outreach

• Build prospect lists (doctors, pharma, healthcare stakeholders)
• Personalize outreach and track engagement

Events & Webinars

• Promotion and execution of webinars, masterclasses, and demos

Market Research

• Research healthtech, pharma, and clinical decision-support trends
• Analyze competitors to support content and GTM strategy

Requirements

Must-Have

• Graduate or final-year student in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare Management, or related fields
• Strong internet research skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace

Good to Have

• Familiarity with AI tools
• Exposure to social media marketing, content writing, or healthcare marketing
• Basic knowledge of SEO (on-page SEO, keyword research, content optimization)

Mindset

• Curious, proactive, and detail-oriented
