Field Sales Executive

Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Department: Sales & Marketing

Location: Chakan, Pune

Reports To: Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and goal-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our B2B sales

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,

building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets through direct field visits,

meetings, and presentations to business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify and generate new B2B leads through field visits, cold calling, networking,

and referrals.

 Visit potential clients regularly to understand their requirements and pitch relevant

products/services.

 Maintain and grow strong relationships with existing B2B clients.

 Conduct product demonstrations and present proposals/quotations tailored to client

needs.

 Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and performance KPIs.

 Prepare daily reports, sales forecasts, and market feedback to the Sales Manager.

 Negotiate pricing and terms of agreements with potential clients.

 Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to build business

relationships.

 Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, finance) for smooth order

fulfilment.

 Sales-driven mind-set with strong negotiation and persuasion ability

 Self-motivated and target-oriented

 Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

 Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel, email communication)

Qualifications & Experience:

 Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

 1–3 years of field sales experience in B2B segment

 Experience in [industry-specific experience,, industrial products, etc.] is a plus

 Must own a two-wheeler and a valid driving license (if required)

Salary & Benefits: 20-35k + incentives

 Fixed Salary

 Incentives: Performance-based sales commission

 Travel Allowance

 Food Allowance

 Other Benefits (as per company policy)
