Job Description

PY Developers LLP seeks an experienced Civil Site Supervisor for public infrastructure projects across Kerala. Responsible for supervising daily civil construction activities, managing labour, materials, tools and company vehicles (Mazda, Nissan, dumper). Assist the Site Engineer, coordinate procurement, maintain basic site records, and ensure maintenance and safety. Requirements: valid HMV driving licence, 2+ years construction experience (public infrastructure preferred), leadership, communication skills, and willingness to relocate and reside in company accommodation near project sites. Job type: Full-time, Permanent. Salary: ₹25,00–₹28,00/month. Benefits: paid time off, Provident Fund. Immediate joiners preferred; please state availability in your application.
