Job Description

• Teaching & Learning
• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate Science lessons using a variety of instructional strategies including hands-on activities, experiments, indoor/outdoor learning, and technology integration.

Student Assessment & Development

• Regularly assess student learning through class participation, formative/summative assessments, and project-based learning.
• Maintain detailed student records and prepare descriptive observation-based reports for each child.
• Offer academic counseling and mentoring to support student learning outcomes.

Classroom & Behavior Management

• Maintain strong class control while promoting a positive and respectful classroom atmosphere.
• Set clear expectations and manage student behavior with empathy and consistency.

Residential & Co-curricular Duties

• Actively participate in the residential activities of the school .
• Contribute to the holistic development of students beyond academics through clubs, field visits, and events.

Desired Qualifications:

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Science with B.Ed. (Essential)
• Minimum 2–5 years of teaching experience (experience in residential schools preferred)
• Strong communication skills in English
• Trained in or familiar with activity-based, experiential teaching methodologies
