Job Description

Customer Sales Representative ( Female Candidates Only)

Responsibilities:

• Convert walk-in customers into a sale through strong pitching and closing the sale.
• Actively sell fashion-related services (customization, tailoring, fittings, alterations, premium services, etc.) along with merchandise.
• Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets for both products and services.
• Upsell and cross-sell to increase average bill value (ABV) and service attachment rates.
• Promote new arrivals, seasonal collections, and value-added services to maximize revenue.
• Build repeat business through customer engagement, follow-ups, and service bookings.
• Maintain strong sales discipline on the shop floor.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in fashion retail sales only, including service selling (tailoring, customization, styling, or related services).
• Proven track record in target-based selling and walk-in conversion.
• Strong understanding of fashion merchandise and clothing-related services.
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills (local language preferred).
• Highly target-driven, energetic, and performance-focused.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and peak retail hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,00.00 – ₹30,00.00 per month
