Job Description
We seek a detail-oriented Sourcing Assistant to support procurement. Responsibilities include sourcing vendors, obtaining and comparing quotations, supporting negotiations, maintaining vendor records, coordinating with transporters and courier partners, tracking shipments for timely dispatch/delivery, assisting inventory tracking and stock reconciliation, and documenting inward/outward materials. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree (B.Com preferred), 0–1 year purchase/procurement experience (freshers welcome), basic MS Office skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks, and strong attention to detail.
