Job Description
SupraDigit Solutions seeks a full-time, in-office Customer Support Executive in Mumbai. You will manage customer onboarding, handle support calls and messages, make proactive feedback calls, document help guides and videos, and assist sales and operations with product priorities. Open to freshers or candidates with up to 1 year experience. Must have excellent spoken English and Hindi, strong written English, a bachelor’s degree, basic IT software knowledge, good time-management and a proactive approach to resolving customer issues. Compensation from ₹15,00/month; benefits include paid sick leave and paid time off. Only candidates based in Mumbai should apply.
