Job Description

Job Title: Visa Executive

Location: Delhi

Industry: Travel & Tourism

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end visa processing for various countries (UAE, Schengen, UK, USA, etc.)
• Verify visa applications and supporting documents as per embassy/immigration requirements
• Coordinate with clients, agents, and internal teams for timely submission of applications
• Upload and track visa applications through online portals and VFS/BLS centres
• Follow up on visa status and keep clients/agents informed of progress
• Ensure compliance with immigration rules to avoid overstay, rejection, or penalties
• Maintain accurate records and MIS of visa applications
• Handle visa cancellations, amendments, extensions, and rejections professionally
• Stay updated with the latest visa regulations and embassy guidelines
• Minimum 1 years of experience in visa processing (travel agency background preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,00.00 – ₹20,00.00 per month
