Job Description

AlmosThere Consulting seeks a full-time, on-site Office Assistant to support the Lead Consultant. Training provided. Responsibilities: prepare non-technical and legal documents for statutory compliance; collect and collate files; manage couriers, inward/outward records, stationery inventory; basic accounts entry; document scrutiny and coordination with the Lead Consultant. Preferred: women, fresh undergraduates (arts/science), decent typing, good English (written/spoken), basic MS Word/Excel, curious, organized, detail-oriented, time-management.
