Job Description
We seek a Partner to lead private equity fundraising, build and manage LP relationships, and drive capital formation for new and existing funds. Responsibilities include developing fundraising strategy, originating institutional and family office investors, negotiating terms, coordinating marketing materials, and mentoring the fundraising team. Candidate must have 10+ years in private equity fundraising or investor relations, proven track record raising institutional capital, deep network across pension funds, endowments, and family offices, excellent communication, and strong leadership skills. Willingness to travel is required.
