Job Description
We are hiring an AR Caller for the CBO/AR team in Kolkata. This full-time, on-site role resolves unpaid or rejected medical claims by reviewing allocations, contacting payers via phone/IVR/portal, documenting call notes, sending supporting documents, posting updates to revenue-cycle platforms, and preparing aging and denial reports. Candidates need 1–2 years’ AR/medical billing experience, strong verbal and written communication, knowledge of revenue cycle and denial management, ability to learn client rules, and a graduate degree. Maintain HIPAA compliance and ethical conduct. Salary ₹20,00–₹45,00/month. Benefits include health insurance and provident fund. Willingness to work per business requirements is essential.
